The design of the "Yulin Insect Forest Natural History Museum" essentially translates the complex natural classification system into a visually understandable language. Centered on the "geometric insect structure," it simplifies forms while retaining identifiable features, transforming professional knowledge into a memorable symbolic system. Typography and layout maintain restraint and stability, while also considering spatial adaptability. Color serves as a tool for functional zoning, enhancing identification and wayfinding efficiency. Most importantly, it unifies wayfinding, science education, and branding within a single visual grammar, using graphics instead of real images to transform reading comprehension into visual recognition. Ultimately, this forms a sustainable and expandable visual component system, reducing usage costs while maintaining unity. Essentially, it addresses how to make a knowledge-based space easier to understand, engage with, and remember.
